Your POC membership benefits include the following PLEA coverage: Legal Defense - Protection from Duty related civil lawsuits, criminal charges and administrative incidents from PLEA's attorneys across the country. 24 hour support/365 days a year Unlimited Supplemental Benefit - Duty Related and Non-Duty related administrative incidents can be supplemented including demotion, termination, transfer and suspension. Phone Consultation Program - Provides up to $500 of annual attorney time concerning work related issues that may not otherwise be covered by the Plan Concealed Firearm Protection - HR218 Coverage includes Defense of Criminal and Civil charges with a maximum benefit of $15,000 Criminal Charges and $30,000 Civil Lawsuits.
